This call came in, apparently from responding to a text. Never respond to text, reported to the OFT, MOJ and FSA. Rude guy said I must have responded drunk... This is a heavily regulated industry and they are in breach of every rule... just got a missed call from this number, same as a few comments on this blog, American accent telling me not to ignore this call and its urgent and something about a solicitor, the message was broken, as if a bad telephone connection. tried calling the number back, gave me an international dialling tone, rang once and then disconnects.
