I said I could not understand what she was saying (also Asian) and she said she would make me understand and then put the phone down. This number rang me quite a few times over the Christmas holiday but I didn’t know what to do about it, so just put the phone down. They called yesterday (missed) and today. Sombeody who wanted to "help me get a better deal" on my energy. I am not even a homeowner. I asked them how they got my number. Apparently I "must have filled in an online survey" and they bought my details from them. Dubious, seeing as I don't give out my phone number for good reason, don't do online surveys and always make sure to check/uncheck boxes as appropriate.
