Silent when picked up, made a weird noise as if someone was saying hello then they hung up

Had a phone call from this number. When I answered they hung up. Immediately after, I had a scam message claiming money had been taken from my account re an AirBNB booking. definately a scam
SCAM / SPAM A pre-recorded voice announces the call is from HMRC and that they detected a fraud and tell you to press a number on your phone, if you don't you'll face prosecution an a mandate to take you to prison would be issued immediately.
This number keeps calling about 6 times a week no idea who it is when i call them strange foreign voice muffled. Its really annoying

I only use this number for comparethemarket, that's where he has got it from. I would say it's British Gas database as that's what I was looking to change to. Explained that cost of equipment was £399 and reference RP54R4 would give 50% discount, installation being free. Explained that visit was no obligation . First time £399 was mentioned as Sarah didn t mention that in the last call. AVOID

this number contacted me, my mobile was switched off, on trying to contact the number back it said that I had dialed an incorrect nunmber. I did try three times but it came back as an incorrect dialing number!!!!!
