Despite sounding like a nice women and pausing at the right moments and responding to the answers you give, it is clearly automated! Pauses too long, not natural. When I asked if the caller was automated she said 'no' and then simply said 'no' to everything else I then said! I hung up. I suggest to ask for the name and of the company and the caller representative immediately and not proceed further with the call if this cannot be given!

One of many numbers used by vanquis to sell unwanted products I have already said no to, phone my landline and mobile daily. Getting a credit card with vanquis was a big mistake.
