SCAM. Came up as local number supposedly we had an iPhone delivery due to us which we haven’t. Recorded message asking for £500 so we hung up. Don’t answer this number.

Lady (Indian region accent) said she was from O2 offering 20% discount on current bill. Wanted to know mother's maiden name, how long I've lived at this address, debit card number, etc. When I challenged why they needed this information, she said it was for their verification team to verify who I was. I said if they want to give me discount to go ahead - they've got my account and bank details. I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. The call came from Manchester yet again probably rerouted from a call centre abroad. I have blocked the number as always.

Fraud 07716393164- government energy bill discount text asking you to click on the link to apply, I stupidly fell for this giving away my personal details and bank account details including the security number on the back of my card, I thought I was scam savvy but not as much as I thought I was, caught in time with a call from my bank to cancel my card...be aware, this is a text, I've reported it to 7726.

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

This number called me several times and when I answer the caller hangs up!

Called by this number on 5th may. I`m told my someone has tried to take two payments totaling thousands from my account. The man did`nt mention my name but said he`d transfere me to another department. If the transaction was wrong. He also did`d mention what card or bank was being threatened. Since I rarely have more than £50 in the bank , Itake it as a case of rotten cheese.
