Didn t say what company it was just a PPI claims managment company claims that they bought details from a marketing database company. Missed-called my phone then only identified themselves when called back. Wouldn t trust any company that uses these sort of dodgy marketing tactics.

I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. I been contacted many times in the past few years by these scammers on very similar 0161 939 numbers. 3-4 calls every day. Ring off if you attempt to complain. Premium rate to call them back what a load of plonkers. Seriously I agree with other comments about finding out who they are and giving them some of their own medicine it would serve them right to get sued for harassment.

I didn t recognise the number so I didn t answer. Quite probably it was Anglian because they have called many times before

I received a call from this number, when I answered they hung up, however the call seemed to continue. I think this is some sort of scam.

Keep phoning, four times yesterday. If people don't announce who they are if not in my phone book does not ring.

Called asking about previous credit cards in last 15 years. I told them I couldn t remember which I had from a few they suggested. They kept asking the same questions which I said I couldn t remember. They went on to ask about any loans which I said I don t remember, she said ok and hung up! I will ignore any further calls from this number.

They told me my number was very old and i should change to Vodafone for a better deal. Then tried to sell me a phone and contract for ?25 per month discounted for the first 3 months. At this point I hung up. They called me back later and when I answered they hung up.
