Just had a fun half hour with this bunch, I called them 28 times asking them to stop calling me, they went mental! What a great way to wind someone up who you're sick of getting calls from. In the end they pleaded with me to stop calling them. I suggest everyone who has an all inclusive phone contract, and a few minutes to spare on a train journey or a long car trip, to fight fire with fire - give them a taste of their own tactics. I asked him what my BT account number is, but he did not answer and said he was calling because of a problem with my router / browser. Just had a call from someone called Peter, calling on behalf of the Department of Education. As with others here, wanted to speak to my CEO, refused to leave details, wanted her mobile number and got very rude when this was refused. Then demanded that she call him back and left this number. When asked for further information he got very irate, not a nice man at all. I won't be mentioning it to my CEO, we already do some things with the DoE and if this was genuine I know they would give further info.
