My wife got a call from this No today, the usual PPI scam. They said the are phoning because my wife agreed to take part in some lifestyle survey, utter lies & bollocks. Have now blocked their number via the new BT FREE call blocking
They say they are from BT then try to get you to believe you have a broadband fault and then get you logged on your computer to resolve the problem-yeah right!! If you call the number back it is just a ghost number.

This range of numbers is mostly reported as belonging to some telemarketing call centre, in some cases also financial services (in such cases unsolicited calls mostly) and non-profit org, so be aware. Sounded like she said "mrs bank account.com" - it's about claiming money back if you have paid a monthly fee on an account. She said I'd been on their website but I don't know why I would have!!
Called Four times today, roughly every hour. Thankfully my call guardian blocked the calls. Going on past experience I would say this is as previous comments and the reason I have phones with a call guardian!
