I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.

They called me this morning when I was out, and didn't leave a message - who could it be, I don't know anyone in Medway!

Number was marked London - Girl called with a very strong Manchester accent. Didn’t speak at first. Asked her what the call was in regards too.. Apparently I have over paid on car finance? I asked her to remove my number - She stated something about being a liar - I asked what she had just called me to which she replied that she was speaking to her colleague - I replied that it wasn’t very professional. Rang regarding supposed barclaycard from before 2010 and only knew my 1st name! Became aggressive and annoyed. When questioned how he got my number he slammed his phone down!

Annoying no answer when I picked up, then they call again 5 minutes later. If it's a legit company it's a great way for them to have their number blocked.

I m ashamed to say that I worked for Ben Reynolds for a short time back in 2012 when his company was called Crown Lawyers. Same story as these, he d get us to find people with debts, take a fee from them and then cut off all contact with them. Supposedly we d get a commission for every job taken on, but he d tell us that the person had decided not to go ahead with recovering their debt and so we got nothing.
