Missed call appears to originate from Russia?

Definitely a scam, automated call stating my National Insurance number was at risk of being put on hold due to it being linked to illegal activity.

I called back the number after abvout the 10th missed call. They are a company called MJE who want me to make a claim for missold PPI due to a loan or credit card. I didn t take PPI so told them they were wrong. Asked how they got my number, they get their phone list from a company called DLG Marketing. Told them to take me off the list, we ll see if I get anymore calls.

I get calls from this mob every few days asking me to call them and quote a reference number. I eventually decided to call them and ask who they were representing - the guy wouldn t say. I didn t quote the ref number as it all sounded way suspicious. I do not owe money to anyone, other than a dodgy parking ticket I got 4 years from a crowd of crooks running a scam in Perth. Called trying to arrange a survey of the property for Solar Panels, told that they were not trying to sell me anything (yeh right) but a surveyor just happens to be in the area. Made no mention of the fact that they were fined £80,000 last month by the ioc for lying to people over the phone.
