Called about a car accident I had in . Having had these calls before I contacted my insurer at the time. Apparently there were two miscreants at Aviva who sold on a lot of info a few years back and this is the result!

Gentleman spoke little English said he was calling about my last insurance. Did I understand with Covid there had been a lot of changes to review and asked me who that insurance was with Aviva direct line etc and was going to ask me for security details. I asked him what insurance he was referring to house car pet etc and he said he didn’t know his system didn’t provide that information so I stated I didn’t think he was a genuine caller and he hung up!!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool.
