SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. Then she tried the old scam of getting me to log on to my laptop or computer and pressing CTRL and windows keys. I wasted her time playing dumb for a bit and she asked me if I was illiterate (rude????). A robocaller from "mastercard" saying £600 from my account was sent to a foreign country and to press 1 to cancel or something. Clearly a scam I never sent that much to any foreign country.

Fraud- claiming to be from sky, claiming technical issues and someone trying to access my broadband/modem, wanted me to give him access of my devices so he can show me what he means, I asked him to clarify that he wants me to give him access to my devices, he repeated that there was a technical issue and someone was trying to access my broadband/modem and that he can show me, so I asked him to answer my question to which he said yes, i also asked him to l me what name is on the account. He promptly hung up.

Complete idiots from Bangalore using a secondary call centre in the UK! They also use another number as soon as you tell them to go away in short, sharp jerky movements ( that s f off in Enlgish lol! ). The other number they use is 002079460172 - tell them to go away as well if you get them folks and tell them you re Pakistani just for added effect - does the trick! :)
3 times these person called me after saying twice nicely that I wasn't interested and hanged up. The 3rd time wasn't so nice and asked to speak to management and he refused to and then was threatening as well saying who do you think I am and do you know who I am etc.

SCAM / SPAM Just had a guy call from 02081610220 and say there are problems with free insulation I had installed a couple of years back and said they needed to come round and survey it. Then asked if I was a homeowner. I said he would know that if he was who he said he was and what company is he calling from - he immediately hung up!!!
They're leaving voicemails talking me to follow up on my claim. I've made no claims etc... So it's likely a scam
