First of all they are phoning from a number that shows up as 01326, this is local to my area but there is no way on earth they are from here. I received a auto message from this number saying my internet would be cut off in 24 hours apparently it was from BT but I’m not with BT, obviously I hung up, just be aware.
No company name given - SCAM caller advised there was going to be a problem/maintenance work with our Broadband connection. Before they could say anything else - I advised that we don't have Broadband. They terminated the call.

These people are definitely dodgy. The phone rings and a woman tells me it’s about my washing machine and there’s nothing to worry about. I asked the name of her company. She said it was ‘Cover Group UK.’ She said that the cover on my washing machine has just run out. I said that that I thought it was insured. Then she changed her story slightly by saying that warranty has run out (The warranty ran out over a decade ago). I pointed out that that’s irrelevant because I’m insured. She hung up on me.
