Spoke to a man with a thick accent, saying he was calling from Manchester, even though the number is a London exchange. Even after he spelled the company name, I still didn t catch who he was with. He , like all the rest calling from these 020 numbers say they are wanting to speak to the business owner and when i asked about what they tell me finances, etc, this one said my company had "qualified for an unsecured loaned". Man called with indian type accent and with lots of call centre noise in the background called twice today. Said he was from BT .I said why are you ringing me then because I'm not with B.T. he then said'' Why are you lying to me?'' and hung up obviously one of the scams.

A male rang with suspicious questions today (26/6/15). He would not identify himself or his company properly when asked; I think he quickly said '{RTL Ltd}' but would not repeat the company name or identify what his company did. He quickly put the phone down on me when I started to sound concerned as to his motives for calling me. The call originates from Halifax UK and follows a suspicious call yesterday from 'Jordan' at a company he called 'Dexter Nicholas' who, not surprisingly, are also in Halifax. I
