A cold call.
SCAM Foreign caller claiming that I have a bitcoin account that I didn’t know about. I have already heard of this scam and ended the call. I think the aim would be to obtain legitimate personal banking details from targeted individuals.
As i currently have a contract phone, i live the very north of scotland but the call came from Orkney which has no carphone warehouse but still insits i need to upgrade... do not accept this call!!
HMRC will NEVER call you. This scam has been around for a long time.
