The calls stopped but started again, in conjunction with spam texts about a car accident claim (Not a valid one). Ignore. They are scammers. Not worth the time. This number just called me and a robotic voice stated that there is a fraud charge registered by HMC under my name and if I do not answer the call I will get arrested shortly. This is not the behaviour of HMRC. Something needs to be done about these thieves.
SCAM CALL: called implying they were from my kitchen appliances insurance (I.e. D&G) saying that my insurance had expired and they wanted to know if I wanted to renew. As we hardly ever called them out, they could offer a discount and for today only 3 years for the price of 2. They are not who they say they are. They want your card details to take payment. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Just say no and hang up.
