I received a phone call from an Asian young man. I studied Linguistics and Phonetics and I am pretty sure of his origins. The background noise was of a room with other people talking simultaneously. I also heard a little bit of a joke between them and some laugh. Meanwhile, he told me that I had a virus on my system and that he would help me with it. I asked him some time to turn it on and asked him if it was possible to call him back. He answered me that he would not mind to wait. Then,

Man asking me to pay a speeding fine, apparently I was doing 51 in a 50 zone. Asked him if he could correspond through the proper channels by writing to me. He asked me if I could prove I hadn't been speeding, so I countered by asking him to prove I had. He told me I couldn't drive then told me to "come to the courthouse and put in a complaint" before hanging up. Such a nuisance when you're waiting for important calls!
