When I get unsolicited calls from numbers I don't know, I press Answer and put my handset aside without saying a word, listening as the scammer says "Hello?" in vain with no response until they eventually realise that the only one's time and money being wasted is their own. Very satisfying, try it the next time these crooks harrass you :)
