I have been called 3 times by this number over the last 2 weeks - often at highly inconvenient meal times. It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus). I have had similar calls before, it's an ambulance chaser claim set-up asking if I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault? This is, what they think, a clever recorded message system that assumes you will give certain answers, if you say 'No' it hangs up politely, a 'Yes' opens a whole other can of worms. What you can do with computers these days eh? However, if you try to ask a question it just ignores you and carries on regardless, not so clever then? It's annoying but amusing to try and confuse

Calls me 2/3 times a day landline and mobile. Today decided to pick up to tell them to remove me from their database and I had reported the number for harrassment. They said, it s because we can t get hold of you. I said, put anything you need to in writing and remove me from this list. Woman was surprised and said, "but it s the AA", I said, I don t care who you are! As I don t belong to the AA anyway, I certainly wont be joining them in the future!
