Asking me how much I currently pay (I am with 3 and said “if you are calling from 3 you would know that information”) he said they don’t have customer details in the promotion department!!!!!! Definitely a scam! I’ve been called by them before. Male with Strong Indian accent.
Claimed to be from currys, offered dodgy 40% off. Same promotion as a scam ee call previous day.

SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

The callers from this number are scammers. They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. I've no idea who this is. Apparently, I made a call to this number in May, lasting some 48 minutes and costing me 73.01 Swiss Francs (about 64 GBP). I now need to query this further as I have no recollection of making any calls to this number, ever). (Fraud, SPAM, SCAM, Paid number, I believe)
