Fraud, SCAM, PHISHING 07440008657 claims to be from HMRC in an automated american accent. I pressed 1 to find out more and spoke to a human (with a fake American accent) who immediately asked for my name and postcode. They hung up when I politely said no.

SCAM. Text claiming to be from iD mobile asking to click on link. Not the correct link to iD mobile so deleted.
Call center Received call June 2022. Stated they were calling about a social housing repair scheme and were there any issues with damp, outstanding repairs. I told them I was not in social housing and they asked if I owned my home. I said yes (to get them off the phone) and they hung up. When you call the number back you get an automated message for a company In Debt Services Management (nothing to do with social housing repairs). Beware of this company (sounds like an overseas call centre)

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. It's CCS media - Bradford based tech supplier. Legit company if you already work with them. I've never known them to cold call for sales either, so should be safe.
Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!
