This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Received a call from this number and listening to the message can understand why people fall for this. The message advises that HMRC wish to speak with you and it may be in your interest to appoint a Solicitor. Then asks that you call back. This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. Call from "Domestic Appliances" claiming that due to our claim-free record we are due a major discount. When quizzed on insurance account numbers we were given a random account number and an account start date which pre-dated our arrival in the town. When asked for the address of the account we were given an alternative address in the town.
