Indian chap rang asked if I was Mrs Spencer (it wasn't my surname but I didn't tell him that). He said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (LOTS of other Indian-sounding people talking in the background, sounded like a call centre). Asked if I was still receiving scam phone calls. I asked him what he wanted and he said that they could stop all these scam calls. I said "oh yes really?? and how much is that going to cost me?!!". This number calls my mobile 6 or 7 times a day. It has a Stirling dialling code but is not a Stirling number as 660 isn't a Stirling pre-fix. They're absolutely determined to get hold of me - but they're blocked. If I go into my blocked call log, they've tried every hour between 8 and 6 for the last 2 months. I'm on TPS but that obviously hasn't stopped them.
