Claimed to be BT about our internet problems. There is a big problem, we don t have BT Internet.

One of those I have been entered into a prize draw calls. I just cut them off.

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I have had calls from this number, after a long conversation regarding data protection, I confirmed my address to discover it was for my previous address. The debt was from several years back that I thought was paid. This is not a scam, but people who are doing a job to get debt paid. You wouldn t walk into a shop and fill a trolley with goods and leave only paying for some of it. With debt we have either received the goods or service. Mine was for photos that I had forgot about
