I told the caller I did not have this insurance she said I didn't understand, I would have had it as the Banks hid the protection. Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.

They called my mums mobile looking for me to say that my life insurance was up for renewal. She told them she'd pass their number on to me. As I have never used my mums number for anything and I don't have life insurance, I know it's a scam of some sort.
