Spammed me with calls over a few days that I kept missing. When I picked up, they claimed to be from Steadman-Chase in London. I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. I answered a call from this number. The person claimed to be called James from a company called Relief Energy. So far as I can determine, there is no official record of any such company, making me certain that it is a scam.
Annoying. Have been phoning me for well over a year asking for Mrs Harvey. Have blocked number multiple times but obv have several different ones with corresponding numbers. Usually ask for number to be removed which usually follows being hung up on, today I was very verbal, surprisingly man stayed on line and apologised and said number would be removed. We will see! SCAM!!! We had a ‘New Customer’ approach us and ask for a quote so we sent over a New Customer form to make sure we could offer a credit facility. They filled in the details of a reputable company so passed the credit check. However, when it came to payment due date, the phone number they provided no longer works and emails are coming back with an automatic reply each time from various different email addresses. I have searched each of these email addresses and they show up on a few scam websites.
