Claims company repeated calls
SCAM A man tried to tell me that my money was locked in the blockchain. I asked him to explain the blockchain to me and when I told him that he was wrong, he became aggressive. After doing a bit of digging, this is a Skype number and the caller is not in the UK at all.
SCAM: Man with Indian accent, saying an Amazon Gift card for 39.99 had been charged to my account, from a postcode in London. Asked how I was today & I strung him along to waste his time & said ’not good’. He had my initial, surname, address & postcode, as well as my phone no. I told him I don’t HAVE an Amazon Account. How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk.
