Claimed he was calling from Microsoft. When I said to him that he was making it all up, he told me "If I didn t like it I could shove it up my ass and go F**k myself". Charming. I know my father has picked up the phone before and had the same issues with him. Sounds like the same Asian man.

NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.

"Involved in an accident that wasn't your fault" Someone should make these phone calls illegal and give us all a bit of peace.....

This number has called me twice this afternoon, it was a missed call as they called me whilst I was at work. They didn’t leave me any voicemail message so I’m just assuming it was some kind of sales call, which I wouldn’t have answered anyway. I’ve looked it up and the number is from the centre of London. I’ve absolutely no idea who it’s from, but as there’s no message it can’t be important.

Asked me for my address, which they said was wrong, and kept asking for my previous addresses, saying it will be a previous address and can I confirm my previous addresses. Steve is correct, it is Bauer Media. If you ve entered your number online somewhere for a free magazine (I d asked for Marie Claire / Instyle) then they re calling for your address. Theyll also offer you 3 issues for £1.00. Spoke to a lovely lady and she asked if I wanted future calls for offers and so I said no. It s all legit. However, they need to work on their employees... I had another call minutes later from a guy there who was on the phone to someone else!!
