Received call from this local area code (Huddersfield) and chose not to answer until I'd checked for ratings on the number, which turned out to be neutral. Called me again the following day, chose to answer and a polite lady speaking good English started by asking how my day was, what the weather was like here in the UK, she's sitting there in an office in Morocco and the weather is beautiful.....! So from Morocco they are managing to call through a local UK area code which you are more likely to answer. D

claimed to be Bt Openreach and that my IP address was being used from elsewhere gave me a identity code to write down and wanted me to read it back to him called at 0750 2 2 18 this is the second call with some thing simeler in the last few days but the first was supposed to be from an Edingbrough number

Phone this number back PPI claim asked how they got my number she said her colleague got it. I then said you had No right told them if they kept on I will report them to ofcom

Fraud Robot voice saying they’re HMRC and if you don’t provide details an arrest warrant will be issued in your name immediately. This is a scam, HMRC will never do that. If you did something wrong they won’t call you to get to the bottom of it they will bring you in for questioning
