When I asked them to give me details, they become more aggressive and sternly ask you to confirm you have been in an accident until they finally hang up. Very irritating and very unprofessional. A woman named Alicia called me today wanting to confirm my personal details that she held on me. I didn't confirm my details but she was a PPI scammer. ringing on local number but said she worked for H A Advisory. I haven't asked for this call and am really upset that she has access to my personal information. Be careful out there it's so easy to do your own PPI don't use a cold caller company you.
