Had a call from Maria, sounded really nice. Offered me a loyalty based price on my DGI Insurance for 3 years £150.00. Said she had my bank details and gave me my card number first 4 digits and asked if I would confirm the rest and expiry date. I did this and then she asked for the number on the back. I declined and have now cancelled my card. Not sure if this is a scam but not prepared to take the chance.

Got a call from this number saying they could reduce the insurance costs on my television from ?7 per month to ?5. This is remarkable as I don t have television insurance. They asked for my bank details to "set up a direct debit". I declined so they said they would put the forms in the post. I look forward to receiving them. They called themselves TV Guard.

I answered this number and the caller said that she was from talktalk and needed to talk to the account holder. Then said " Is she in" at no time did they ask for me by name. Surely they should know that? So I put the phone straight down. Will see if they ll phone again.
