I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Just received a text from this number that began 'Morning Mum...' (I'm not a Mum!) and the text said that they are calling from a friends phone and their battery is about to expire so please call them back. There is no name of either the sender or the friend or the reason why they are calling so I suspect it's a scam. Please be cautious if you receive this message

SCAM Evil little man pretending to be a bailiff enforcing a writ, he will call you and pressurise you, he will say that you owe £x amount for a debt that you have been informed about multiple times and that you haven’t turned up to court for. He will say that his name is Kevin Wynn who is actually a bailiff and a good guy but this little man is impersonating him, PUT THE PHONE DOWN!

01224462015 = Cold Callers. Phone then you hear noise (them getting an answer from any of the other random numbers they call means they hang up on the rest) then they are gone. ABSOLUTE SCUM.

Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!

When I asked where he'd gotten the number from, he said I'd "opted in to receive calls from the company", which was bullshit. Selling some sort of finance/crypto scam. He "forgot" his company name...

Scam number they tried to request money from my paypal and wanted me to call this number I just cancelled the request

Claimed to be from credit card fraud department. Automated message saying a charge of over one hundred pounds has been made on my card from Amazon, also a foreign transaction of over one thousand pounds. Asked me to press buttons to authorise or talk to an advisor. Total scam.
