Told the guy I do not want to receive cold calls, even though I am a customer - email notifications only! He said he would definitely pass this on "to his manager" and I wouldn't get any more calls. As the call was about to end, I asked him to confirm that again, which he did........A bit strange though, him saying he could do this, as at no point did I identify myself and, as I was

When I challenged that is a department not a company name, he said he was working on behalf of solicitors. I asked again details of exactly who he was working for an he hung up.
