Over the last few weeks this company has tried to phone me, but because I do not know the number I have not picked up. Left no message.
Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Repeated missed calls with 1-2 second silent/static answering machine message. I am a Wesleyan customer AND my car insurance is due for renewal soon so I assume it is them electronically dialling me? Never any chance to answer and of course you can t tell who an answering machine message is from until you listen to it, so just an enormous waste of my time.

Asked for business owner. Refused to tell me the name of their company and hung up when I asked this.
SCAM / SPAM HMRC scam. Robot voice that tells you you need to press 1 or a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
Scam. A text about needing to pay £2 to get your mail delivered takes you to https://royalmail-redirect.delivery/main/, whereas the proper address is just http. None of the links go anywhere except for the one to enter your details.
Constantly briefly rings without waiting. Presumably hopes for expensive recall.

Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.
These people who purport to be from the UK Trade Register keep calling me on variations of the 020 3409 .... numbers and each time they call I tell them I m now ill (its not going to get better!!) and block the number. But they won t listen. The guy today just talked over me, ignored my comments and pleas to be left alone and continued bombard and talk over me. I eventually hung up. There must be something we can do to stop this sort of harassment.
