This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. automated voice claiming to be a case officer from HMRC and alleging my National Insurance number will be suspended. Unlikely in my experience. Blocked.
