This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. I ve had 2 calls from a person with an asian accent claiming to be from "national accident department" which is dodgy. He was "guessing" I had been involved in a car accident. I tried to quiz him knowing this was a scam of some sort. When I pressed him on the details of any accident,he bluffed as he knew I was asking too many questions.
