POTENTIAL SCAM CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. CLAIMED TO BE FROM GOVERNMENT REFUNDING BANK CHARGES BY CHEQUE. THEY THEN CALLED BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY SAYING THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE AT THE ADDRESS IN THE NEXT 2 HOURS AND WOULD NEED A ONE OFF PAYMENT TO BE GIVEN TO THAT PERSON.

Called this morning asked for me but used the wrong name, as soon as I said sorry but Mrs ... doesn t live here the guy rang off. This happens at least 4 times a day.
Had about 5 calls today didnt want to answer as I had looked the number up in Google and had turned out to be a lottery scam
I answered the phone within 2 rings and caller hung up immediately, it wasn't as if I'd kept them waiting.
Name of company not clearly stated when I rang number. Callwr gave garbled introduction.
