Silent call call disconnects before answer phone kicks in. It appears to be. Bournemouth number. Have had trouble with these numbers before. Number now blocked

I am so fed up with their phone calls. I told them last September that I did not need it now, but they would not give me a refund, even though I still had 8, months left. There customer service to you is unbelievable.
