SCAM Trying to fake a Santander authorisation with link to click, most likely a scam, I've never used Santander ever.

Appeared to have a lot of details of Direct Debit Account for Telephone Billing. Suspicion aroused when asking to confirm debit card details which the caller said was necessary to activate the free service after a systems upgrade. When I questioned further the need I was "transferred" to a manager. This transfer happened too quick for the real world. They hung up when I refused to confirm any further account details.
