When I answered there was a short delay then obviously a busy call centre with numnerous conversations taking place. The caller had a very strong Indian accent and it was impossible to understand what she was saying, not helped by the background noise. Typical of many other scam phone calls. I left the phone on but ignored the conversation until the caller closed the line.

Got a text from this number requesting payment for a parcel. The attached link appears to be from Royal Mail, but how would they know my mobile number??
Keep asking me to renew NPower contract. I ask them to email the details and they say due to data protection they can t. They have been calling usually on 08009809909 but also 01482 380700 several times a day for several weeks. Really had enough
