Unsolicited contact from badly spoken individual when ask how they have got this contact number hung up.All you can deduce from that is a Scammer at work.

Missed call. Persistent caller but never leaves a message. Have received 4 calls in last 7 days. Appears to be a residential number but suspect may be a call centre. Previous calls from this location with a similar number were all scams relating to loft insulation, government energy saving, etc.
