Missed a call from this number so I called them back. They refused to tell me the company they were calling from without me first confirming my name, and they got quite annoyed when I questioned this practice... bizarre!

Non English female from Amzon security regarding purchase of a phone last night! Yeah right! Hung up when asked for password! Lol! Scammer idiots!
SCAM said they were calling from virgin media and my internet was running slow. I questioned that he was from v.m. as they would put compensation credit on next billing - surely ?? Sounded like a busy telesales background noise. Man spoke English but with a strong Indian subcontinent accent.
Message left on voicemail with fake reference number. Recently confirmed by Santander Bank that this is a scam number, purporting to be from their Fraud Department.
