Basically started yelling me at me for no reason, think they either got the wrong number or has issues, block!
Fraud: told me my NI number had been compromised. Blocked

Fraud Beware ! It looks like the Lloyds bank customer service number, the last but one digit is different. They knew the name of the card holder and said there had be a couple of attempted fraudulent uses. The said our cards would be cancelled and reissued. They asked a couple of other questions and kept us on hold for just under an hour whilst the said they were sorting the issue. We were then cut off and found £1500 had been taken. Wowzer ! and we considered ourselves to be savvy ☹️
