Very bad line - initially sounded like a semi automated system. Claimed to be referring to official Government documentation concerning loft insulation. Caller wanted to know what insulation is currently installed in my property. I terminated the call as I had heard of this scam previously.
Must be another cold call - Downham Market, are they wanting me to but a racehorse, ?? NO CHANCE whatsoever, I can't afford to feed the bloody cat, or the giraffe. !!!
