Called twice today. Answered call the first time and a woman was trying to tell me how important her call was as I needed life insurance and why, as it was so important, did I NOT want to speak to her and why should she remove my number

Have been getting up to six calls a day from this number for a Mr cross (not me) when I told him to piss off he called me back and said "f##k you lady" then hung up on me!!
Anyone know who this is? Keep receiving calls and when I answer they just hang up.
