Called me at lunchtime, and told me my name, I asked which company he was from, and he told me (can t remember what) then he told me my address and asked if I d ever had a mortgage. I asked him where he d got my details from and he hung up!

Very rude aggressive call I received this morning. The guy was not English, asking ME for my account number and telling me my BT broadband had a fault. We do not have BT broadband I told him he was a fake and he hung up!! What a surprise? How can we report these awful fraudsters? now masking their numbers with local area codes?
W4nk3rs. Just another accident company that uses automation first to call you, if you say yes, then you get to speak to a person. They hang up when you ask where they got your number from.
