I called back but got through to an automated voice telling me to wait for an advisor, but ended the call before being put through to anyone.
My mum had 4 calls in 3 days saying they had £200 to give back as overpaid in 2008. They had all her details but needed her bank details but when asked to send a chequer or written confirmation they refused saying it's not an option.
SCAM saying they are Three Network asking to update my details as my bill was not processed. Do not click on the link. I have checked with Three they do not send texts like that.
