SCAM Possibly , apparently -I’d had an accident in my car. I don’t drive. When challenged they hung up. Probably an Indian call centre.
SCAM I believe the number to be a scam. Apparently from EE offering to halve my bill because I'm a good payer.

Fraud SCAM trying to pretend you have a parking ticket and has a link to a fake gov page to tell you your fine. This would have arrived in the mail if real, not via text
