Scam. Avoid. A rude, incompetent lady going by name of Baljit claiming from Halifax Bank, London Moorgate. Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.

Call center that did not even reply when answered, could hear numerous people in the background most probably a pay to answer service.
A man called me just some minutes ago saying he is from Windows Operating System. Allegedly my computer will break down soon, thats why he wanted to get an entrance to it. Of course i refused. Obviously he wanted to fish information. Pay attention!
