"James Anderson from HMRC" (man with a foreign accent, sounded like he was from the Indian subcontinent) called me saying the HMRC were investigating me for tax avoidance; they were going to move to court proceedings unless I phoned them back on a specific number. He repeated his details and the phone number and then hung up.

SCAM saying they're from HMRC and that I've committed tax fraud. Operator with Indian accent asked for my name, I asked theirs and they've hung up.
